An intimate, personal photo-essay I took of my friend, Claire Bonk, back in November 2017, where I spent as afternoon documenting one of her many blood transfusions -- something she had to do regularly while fighting cancer since 2014.

Claire passed away on June 9, 2018. She taught me so much about having humour and candidness while getting through the bad days.

I'll be forever grateful to her for allowing me to document and share a day in her life, and will always love her for her amazing friendship over the course of a decade.
